      • 1.Pre-selection: Candidates will be selected if they have at least 1 year of professional experience, a related background, and business proficiency in both English and French.
      • 2.Initial Assessment and Profiling: Shortlisted candidates are invited to complete customized psychometric and technical assessments based on the role's requirements. This initial step provides us with an objective understanding of their core skills and personality before in-depth interviews.
      • 3.In-depth Skills Assessments Our comprehensive interview process delves deep into candidates' capabilities. It includes:
      • Structured Behavioral & Technical Interviews: We explore candidates' professional backgrounds, soft skills, and foundational technical knowledge.
      • Practical Technical Interview: Candidates will be asked to showcase their hard skills through practical examples and engage in a technical dialogue to demonstrate their problem-solving abilities and expertise in real-world scenarios.
      • 4.Cultural Fit Assessment In this final stage, we conduct an interview specifically designed to assess the candidate's alignment with our company culture, values, and team dynamics. This ensures a strong cultural fit, which is crucial for collaborative success within our consulting environment.
